Plumer Guest House
Historic John C Plumer House Built 1814 and has been repurposed in 2020 by Barr Property into a charming guest house for nightly and weekly stays. Situated on the banks of the Youghiogheny river and across from The G.A.P. trail, The Plumer Guest House is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or relaxing get aways.
Youghiogheny Canoe Campground
Welcome to Youghiogheny Canoe Outfitters located in West Newton, PA right along the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail. We are a fun, family-owned business that offers bait and tackle along with canoe and kayak rentals at reasonable prices. Campground is currently closed.
Cedar Creek Campground
This camping site is for families or individuals that are traveling on the Great Allegheny Passage or Youghiogheny River that wish to camp overnight; no other camping is permitted! The Trekker Campground is on a first come, first serve basis and is free for trail users only. There is a two night maximum stay. The site contains several campsites with a table and fire ring in each. There are no shower facilities, but potable water is available.
